Common questions from landlords and agents
Do you publish a rate card?
No. Every job is priced individually so you only pay for the work that property needs. For regular work we agree terms with you first.
Can you deal with tenants directly?
Yes. Give us the tenant's contact details and we arrange access and keep you updated.
Do we get a record of the work?
Yes. Each job is logged with arrival time, the work carried out and photos, and kept in case of later queries.
Can you handle gas and electrical safety work?
Yes, through Gas Safe registered engineers and registered electricians, with certificates passed to you.
