Parea Maintenance brings the care and standards of property development to every repair and improvement.
Where we come from
Parea Maintenance comes from the same people as Parea Developments, and sits alongside it in the Parea group. Building homes teaches you what a good finish looks like, and how to run a job so it is done once and done properly.
We apply that to repairs and improvements. We review every job personally, price it individually and carry out most of the work ourselves. Where a job needs a specialist, such as gas or electrical work, it is done by insured, registered trades.
